MUDGIRL PRE-EVENT SHOP

Please note that all orders placed through the MUDGIRL pre-event online shop must be picked up onsite at the official MUDGIRL shop during the event. No shipping is available.
If an order is not picked up at the event, no refund will be issued.
Products will also be available for purchase at the event, subject to stock availability.

MUDGIRL STORE

All sales are considered final. 
Nevertheless, if your order is received incomplete or not up to your satisfaction, you can contact our customer service to receive a return authorization. 
Once approved, you will simply ship the article back to the sender's address (please include your complete address and order number in the package).

Returns and exchanges will only be accepted within 31 days of the purchase of all merchandise bought through the online MUDGIRL STORE. Items cannot be worn or altered. The receipt or packing slip must be included in the return.

Items may be returned for a full refund, not including shipping cost. Clients are responsible for return fee. 
If an exchange is due to a shipping error or product defect, the cost of returning a replacement item will be covered by MUDGIRL.
